Elijah Achiek Panchol
Cofounder
Elijah is a cofounder of AlNahda Innovative Academy and an engineer with a strong background in systems and technology. He is passionate about using education and innovation to support refugee and marginalized youth, drawing on his own experience and work in digital literacy and community training.
Terry King
Cofounder & Electronics Instructor
Terry is a cofounder of AlNahda Innovative Academy and an electronics instructor with extensive experience in engineering and technical education. He supports students in learning practical electronics and technology skills and helps guide the academy’s development and technical programs.
Abuk Bul Chol
Administration & Finance
Abuk manages administration and finance at AlNahda Innovative Academy. She ensures that operations run smoothly, maintains records, and supports coordination between students, instructors, partners, and programs.
Fernando
Advanced English Instructor & Student Advisor
Fernando teaches advanced English and serves as a student advisor. He helps learners strengthen their language skills for academic and professional purposes and offers guidance on educational pathways, careers, and personal development.
Thon Tor
Instructor
Thon is an instructor at the academy, helping students learn practical skills and engage with STEM and digital learning. He supports classroom activities, student projects, and hands-on training.
Bol Deng
Intern
Bol is an intern at AlNahda Innovative Academy, assisting with classes, activities, and daily operations. He supports instructors and staff while gaining experience in Tech education, community work, and Electronic & programming.
Yusha Shiek
Volunteer, English Instructor & Scholarship Coordinator
Yusha volunteers as an English instructor and coordinates scholarship opportunities for students. He supports learners in improving their English language skills and helps identify, support, and follow up with students who need financial assistance to join programs.
